Who We Are
ClaraTech develops and manufactures complete custom casino gaming monitors for new slot machine and EGM cabinet projects. We support gaming cabinet manufacturers and hardware integrators with OEM/ODM display solutions.
We support customers from sample evaluation to repeat orders with 4K display integration, PCAP touch, J-Curve and C-Curve monitor structures, vertical display options, LED halo display solutions, and interface or housing requirements.
Our role is to help procurement and engineering teams confirm specifications, review cabinet fit, reduce integration risks, and move display projects forward with stable communication and project-based support.
Manufacturing & Mechanical Integration Support
ClaraTech operates its own sheet-metal workshop in Guangzhou to support custom monitor housings and mounting brackets. Working from customer drawings, we adapt the monitor’s mechanical design to fit the customer’s cabinet layout, mounting points and cable routing requirements. Laser Cutting & Sheet Metal Processing
Sheet-metal enclosure parts can be produced from customer drawings, with mounting holes, ventilation, rear housing, cable access and assembly clearances reviewed before sample assembly.
CNC Bending & Mechanical Fitment
CNC bending and structural fit can be reviewed for cold-rolled steel, SECC, aluminum and related enclosure parts, including bend angles, flange positions, mounting points and cabinet installation space.
Sample Assembly & Cabinet Fit Review
Sample assembly can be checked for mounting alignment, rear housing, cable routing, connector and I/O access, touch function and cabinet fit before repeat-order or volume-production planning.
Quality Control & Touch Integration Support
For casino and slot machine display projects, touch response, optical bonding quality, assembly cleanliness, and pre-shipment inspection can be reviewed before sample approval or repeat-order planning. ClaraTech can coordinate bonding, cleanroom assembly support, touch validation, and display inspection based on project requirements.
Optical Bonding & Lamination Review
Optical bonding and lamination can be reviewed for LCD modules, touch panels and cover glass, with bonding structure, surface quality and display clarity checked according to the confirmed project configuration.
Cleanroom Assembly & Touch Integration
Cleanroom assembly and touch integration can be arranged for touch panels and cover glass, with handling, surface protection, sensor alignment, cable routing and connector position reviewed according to project requirements.
Touch Validation & Pre-Shipment Check
Touch response, multi-point accuracy, USB communication, calibration and cabinet integration can be checked before shipment. Long-hour function testing can also be reviewed where required by the project.
Reliability Testing & After-Sales Support
For casino and slot machine display projects, reliability checks, sealing review, aging tests, QC inspection, and after-sales coordination can be reviewed before moving from samples to repeat orders or volume production.
Ingress Protection & Perimeter Sealing Review
Perimeter sealing, gasket position, adhesive method, frame structure and cover glass fit can be reviewed according to cabinet design and application requirements, including environments where dust, splash resistance or regular cleaning may be required.
Long-Hour Operation & Visual Inspection
Complete casino monitors can be checked through burn-in (aging) or continuous power-on testing. Depending on the project configuration, checks may cover display performance, backlight stability, color consistency, video interfaces and touch response for touch-enabled models.
After-Sales & Repeat-Order Support
Warranty terms, technical support, component planning and repeat-order specification consistency can be reviewed based on the confirmed product model, order quantity and quotation terms.
