43″–55″ J-Curve Casino Monitors with PCAP Touch and 4K Options for Slot Machine Cabinets
ClaraTech supplies complete 43-inch, 49-inch and 55-inch J-Curve casino monitor assemblies for new OEM slot machine and EGM cabinet projects. The Basic configuration includes FHD resolution, 10-point PCAP touch, and HDMI and VGA inputs. Optional upgrades include 4K UHD resolution with DisplayPort, higher brightness and a programmable RGB LED halo. Cabinet-specific mechanical customization and a 32-inch J-Curve format can be evaluated for project-specific requirements.
J-Curve Display Key Features
Sizes: Standard 43", 49" and 55" J-Curve models, with 32" formats available for project evaluation.
Resolution: FHD 1920 × 1080 in the Basic configuration, with an optional upgrade to 4K UHD 3840 × 2160.
J-Curve Structure: Curved upper display profile with a straight lower section, designed for unique cabinet designs and premium gaming layouts.
Touch: 10-point PCAP touch is included in the Basic configuration. A 3M-compatible touch protocol is available on request as an optional configuration.
Brightness: Standard and custom brightness options available based on cabinet environment and project requirements.
Video Inputs: HDMI and VGA are included in both FHD and 4K configurations. DisplayPort (DP) is included with the 4K upgrade.
Cover Glass: Optional and project-configurable, with standard or reinforced 4 mm+ options available, plus optional AG, AF or AR surface treatments.
LED Halo: Basic configurations offer no halo or a preset LED halo. A programmable RGB LED halo is available as a made-to-order option.
Sample & Validation: Sample units available for cabinet drawing review, mechanical fit verification, and project validation before volume production.

J-Curve Cabinet Drawing & Fit Review
Cabinet drawings or opening dimensions help us review the selected monitor’s fit, J-Curve profile, mounting space, rear clearance, cable routing and LED halo clearance. For an initial quotation, send your preferred screen size, quantity and any available configuration requirements. Mechanical fit can be reviewed as project details become available.

Cabinet Opening & Bezel Clearance
Cabinet opening dimensions, mounting space, bezel clearance, installation depth and active display area can be reviewed before sample quotation.
J-Curve Profile & Glass Shape
The upper curved section, lower straight section, transition position, viewing angle and touch-glass profile can be reviewed according to the cabinet structure and mechanical drawing.
Mounting & Rear Structure
Rear housing, mounting brackets, hole positions, rear clearance, installation direction and cable space can be reviewed for the selected display size.
Touch & Video Interfaces
Our curved touch screen monitors with a J-Curve profile include 10-point PCAP touch in the Basic configuration. Please specify your host operating system, required touch connection and any existing controller compatibility requirements. A 3M-compatible touch protocol is available on request as an optional configuration. HDMI and VGA are included in both FHD and 4K versions; DisplayPort is included with the 4K upgrade.
Cable, Power & LED Halo
Cable-exit direction, power input, connector clearance and optional programmable RGB LED halo control requirements can be confirmed before sample production.
J-Curve Sample Testing & Validation
Each J-Curve sample can be checked for display performance, touch response, video inputs, brightness configuration, RGB LED halo operation and pre-shipment condition before approval and production.
Display Performance Testing
Resolution, image quality, brightness configuration and continuous display operation can be checked before approval.
Touch & Interface Validation
10-point PCAP touch is included in the Basic configuration. Touch communication and video inputs can be verified for the selected sample and host system before approval.
RGB LED Halo Testing
Programmable RGB LED halo lighting, color, brightness, operating modes and customer software or serial-control requirements can be checked with the sample configuration.
Approval to Production
After the sample configuration, test results and cabinet fit are approved, small-batch or volume production can be arranged according to the confirmed requirements.
