A button deck needs to look right, fit the cabinet and work with the system behind it. For an OEM developing a new slot machine cabinet or reviewing an existing design, finding a suitable display is only part of the job. The panel shape, button positions, mounting arrangement and touch configuration all need to work together.
ClaraTech Monitors supplies customizable button deck solutions with engineering support from the initial design review through sample evaluation and production. We help you match the assembly to your cabinet and select a configuration that makes sense for your project and budget.
Already have a design in mind? Send us a drawing, the main dimensions or a photo of your current button deck to start the discussion.
Touchscreen Control with Room for Physical Buttons
A touchscreen button deck gives cabinet designers flexibility in how controls are presented. The host software can display different button layouts and graphics on the same screen, while PCAP touch provides the input surface for player interaction.
A dedicated physical button can also be retained where the cabinet design calls for it. The choice depends on the intended operation, available space and system requirements. ClaraTech Monitors can review the panel layout and touch configuration with your team, including cover glass requirements and touch settings for sample evaluation.
A Panel Shape That Works with Your Cabinet
Two button decks can use similar displays and still need very different front panels. One cabinet may need a rectangular panel with a lower-edge cutout. Another may require an asymmetric outline, side openings or a different mounting arrangement.
We work from your cabinet drawings to review the front-panel shape, display position, cutouts and fixing points. Our in-house sheet-metal capability and engineering support also allow us to assess the structure behind the panel, including installation space, cable routing and access to connections.
The aim is to agree on a practical assembly before moving into production. LCD module dimensions and complete front-panel dimensions are reviewed separately, so the sample is based on the cabinet’s actual installation requirements.

Keep the Features You Need and Control the Cost
Cost-effective does not mean choosing the cheapest configuration for every project. It means understanding which features matter to the application and avoiding unnecessary expense elsewhere.
ClaraTech Monitors can review the display, touch, cover glass and mechanical requirements with you. Where several configurations are suitable, we can discuss the options and their cost implications before you order a sample. Customization costs depend on the changes required and are confirmed in the quotation.
Whether you are developing a new cabinet or assessing another supply option for an existing design, the starting point is the same: the configuration needs to meet your requirements and be validated in your system.
Start with a Sample, Then Plan Production
You can begin with one sample after the configuration and structure have been agreed. This gives your team an opportunity to check cabinet fit, display operation, touch response and connection access before placing a larger order.
ClaraTech Monitors supports small-batch and volume orders, with configuration and mechanical records retained to support consistent repeat production. Technical support continues after delivery, and component or supply changes affecting an agreed configuration are discussed with the customer.

Discuss Your Button Deck Project with ClaraTech Monitors
If you need a button deck that fits your cabinet design and budget, send us your drawings, required dimensions or current product photos. Include the sample quantity and any display, touch or interface requirements you already have.
You do not need a complete specification to make the first inquiry. We can help identify the details needed for a suitable proposal, quotation and sample evaluation.
