The integration of curved touch monitors into casino gaming cabinets requires precise adherence to curvature radius specifications. The range from R800 to R1500 defines the arc of the display surface relative to the cabinet frame. R800 indicates a radius of 800 mm, providing a concentrated focal path suitable for J-curve configurations. R1500 provides a wider arc for C-curve installations. These parameters are determined by the thermal bending process applied to the 7H hardness tempered glass.

Touch functionality is achieved through Projective Capacitive (PCAP) technology. The GFF (Glass-Film-Film) structure is applied to the curved substrate using Optical Clear Adhesive (OCA). In the R800 to R1500 range, the sensor layer maintains electrical continuity and touch linearity. The technical deviation for touch coordinates is calibrated to remain within 1% across the curved surface. Interface communication is handled via USB or RS232 protocols, compatible with industrial logic controllers.

The mechanical housing consists of sheet metal components designed to match the specific R-value. Mounting points are positioned to ensure structural stability when the display is under constant operation in cabinet environments. Heat dissipation is managed through passive airflow channels within the metal frame.
