During assembly of selected ClaraTech curved casino monitors, technicians apply sealant along the joint between the glass and metal frame. This step focuses on the condition of the joint and the consistency of the sealant application.
For curved monitor configurations, the glass profile, frame geometry and cabinet mounting requirements need to be reviewed together. Edge sealing is one part of assembling the complete monitor.
What We Check During Edge Sealing
During application and visual inspection, technicians check:
Sealant coverage along the glass-to-frame joint.
Visible gaps or interruptions in the applied sealant.
The appearance of the sealed edge after application.
Sealing requirements are reviewed for the selected monitor configuration and cabinet design.
72-Hour Burn-in and Functional Checks
ClaraTech’s validation process includes 72-hour burn-in testing. Functional checks cover display operation, touch response where fitted, and interface operation for the selected configuration.
Edge inspection and powered testing address different aspects of the assembly and validation process. Cabinet fit and operation within the customer’s system are reviewed during sample evaluation.
