The "Spill" Factor Any slot technician knows the reality of the casino floor. It is not a sterile lab. Drinks get spilled. Cleaners spray harsh chemicals. Dust accumulates in the corners of the bezel.

On a curved display, the gap between the glass and the metal frame is a critical vulnerability. If liquid seeps in, it can short out the touch controller or damage the backlight.

Our Manual Edge Sealing process allows technicians to:

1. Feel the Curve: Ensure the sealant is applied evenly along the complex J-curve or C-curve geometry.

2. Fill Micro-Gaps: Robots often miss the tiny variations in the metal bezel. A skilled worker can spot a 0.1mm gap and fill it instantly.

3. Double Check: Every unit is visually inspected immediately after sealing to ensure an IP65-rated barrier.

The Result The gloves you see in our photos aren't just for grip; they are for applying the pressure needed to create a rugged, watertight seal.
