Technical Requirement Definition
Technical definition includes mechanical dimensions, curvature radii, luminance specifications, and touch controller protocols (ILITEK/EETI). 3D CAD modeling in STP or DXF format facilitates cabinet integration and compatibility analysis.
Prototyping and Burn-In Testing
The testing process includes 72-hour burn-in testing. Mechanical dimensions and mounting details are reviewed against the confirmed project drawings. Touch response is checked for PCAP touch configurations.
Quality Control and Pre-Shipment Inspection
Pre-shipment inspection covers visual condition, display operation and interface functions according to the confirmed monitor configuration. Touch response and programmable RGB LED lighting are checked where fitted.
Logistics and Lifecycle Support
Shipping arrangements and delivery schedules are confirmed for each order. For repeat orders, monitor configuration, component availability and lead time are reviewed before order confirmation. Long-term supply arrangements and change-notification requirements are subject to project-specific agreement.
